Day 8- Tapping Out The Bullshit / Tapping In The Good Shit

Hello beautiful!!

I hope that you are experiencing positive shifts, aha-moments and epiphanies. That’s what this whole bootcamp is about! You are coming face to face with all that has been holding you back and basically doing a three-sixty. We must, ya know, if we want to begin to create the amazing life we are all entitled to. At the core of it all has been your limiting beliefs. Everything we have been doing in the course has built upon the last step and now it’s time to get rid of the crap once and for all. It’s time to get rid of the lies we have been telling ourselves. It’s time to begin to receive unlimited blessings and miracles!

Many of you have written down your list of limiting beliefs. If you haven’t yet, please listen to Day 7 and complete the homework. If you don’t, you won’t be changing a thing. We must acknowledge the lies so that we can release them and finally let them go. We will be burning our lists, flushing them, tearing them up, or whatever you’re able to do as a final farewell. However, before we can do that we must release all of it from our bodies.

Our brain, cells, and DNA have been imprinted with all of it and just getting rid of our list won’t take care of it. I’ve done countless “ceremonies” in the past to let it all go but nothing seemed to change much. I still struggled in several areas of my life and couldn’t understand why. That was until I learned about tapping (aka, EFT / Emotional Freedom Technique). For those of you who are new to EFT, let me just say that you are in for one BIG SHIFT!

We will be tapping the toxins (literally) out of our bodies. That includes any negative conditioning, programming & limiting beliefs. We will be tapping on certain meridian points in the body and shifting our belief system. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR LIST for this to work. Put it in front of you where you can see it. Read through your list one more time and then press play on the following video. Make sure you are where you can focus on this and not get interrupted. THIS exercise is key to your amazing shift. Oh, and don’t be surprised if you get chills, emotional or even yawn while tapping. It’s just your body letting go. Get ready!
